NOTICE OF SALE OF SURPLUS PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF COLOME

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Colome will sell the following described property which has been declared surplus by the City of Colome City Council pursuant to South Dakota Codified Law 6-13-1. The following described property will be sold as is with a Quit Claim deed, at its current condition without any warranties or guarantees regarding its quality or functionality, The property shall be cleared to ground level within sixty (60) days from the date of the signed contract and receipt of final payment. If the clean-up is not completed within this timeframe, the initial payment shall be non-refundable, and ownership of the property shall revert to the City via deed transfer. And by sealed bids starting at $1,600.00. The final closing day and time of the bidding will be Friday May 2nd, 2025, at 5:00 P.M. Qualified bids will be opened during the regular council meeting on Tuesday May 6th, 2025.
